Honey Birdette is dedicated to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your luxury lingerie. If your boutique items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible unworn garments with original tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are attached and hygiene seals remain undisturbed.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it at an authorized location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
